Ticket Price: $1095 through Friday, February 22, 2008. After February 22, 2008 the standard rate of $1495 applies.

Subscriber & Government Ticket price: OffshoreAlert subscribers and government employees are eligible for a special discounted rate of $995 through Friday, February 22, 2008. After February 22, 2008 the rate is $1195.

Group Ticket Price: Groups of 3 or more will receive an automatic 15% discount off of each registration ticket. To receive the group discount the regsitartions will need to be made together from the online registration form where it states "Additional Registerants".

Discounts can not be stacked or combined. This means that if you have a 15% discount code it may not be stacked on top of an early-bird discount or combined with another discount.

Registration fee includes: Admission to educational sessions, exhibit hall, networking events. The fee also includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and, Course materials.

Accepted PAYMENT methods

You will be asked to complete a method of payment whilst completing the online conference registration form.

You may select to pay online (Visa, MasterCard. American Express, Discover & PayPal) or offline (wire transfer, bank draft, check, money order). Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference unless alternate arrangements have been made directly with OffshoreAlert.

Payments made by credit card - OffshoreAlert accepts all major credit cards through our secure online registration process including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as the PayPal payment method.

Payments made by check - Please make check(s) (in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S.-based bank) payable to KYC News, Inc and include the registration form(s) for each delegate.

SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Substitution of participants is permissible without prior notification. If you are unable to find a substitute, please notify OffshoreAlert in writing by March 31, 2008, 15 business days prior to the conference date to be eligible for either a refund or a credit voucher redeemable against any other OffshoreAlert conference.

Due to gurantees we have to give the hotel, we cannot refund any cancellations made after March 31, 2008.

All refunds are subject to a USD 195 processing fee. If KYC News cancels the event, KYC News is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice.

No refunds are given for sponsorship items.
