A comprehensive analysis of eight of the most significant offshore financial centers, with each session comprising three experts from each jurisdiction being analyzed. Each OFC will be looked at in terms of laws, regulatory regime, quality of civil and criminal justice, niche segments, transparency, political stability, corruption, fraud, money laundering, tax exchange information agreements, mutual legal assistance treaties, international reputation, cost, infrastructure, work permits for expatriates, telecommunications, and a lot more.

The allotted time is 60 to 75 minutes per country.
